Hourglass

Growing up, I watched ‘soaps’ every day. One of my favorites was Days of Our Lives and it was introduced daily by showing an hourglass with a quote something like this – “Like sands through an hourglass, so are the days of our lives …”
Life is filled with ever-changing grains of sand moving from one second to another. Each of us are like sands of time … ever-changing, always moving … sometimes long and others short. What and who we encounter … interact with or not … become our personal sands that shift and move … this is what makes us who we are … good, bad or indifferent.
Protect time … because it is your life. Use it wisely and share it with caution.
